Outdoors Hood

Unfortunately, our experience with this order and company has been horrible. We ordered this and another sweatshirt after buying a sweatshirt at Buckle. Both sweatshirts ordered online were measurably smaller and the fabric quality was not the same. My husband called and talked to customer service, the only time anyone actually answered in the month this order issue has been going on. Anyway, the person on the phone said they had been having sizing issues with the black hoodies so to just send pictures of the measurements, keep the too small hoodies and she would send the next size up. Once the pictures were sent, it was nothing but a runaround. After back and forth emails and sending pictures twice, the hoodies were mailed back. Now they are saying they are worn and will be mailing them back. I literally have pictures showing the stickers still on the chest of both. They were tried on once and were way too small. Why would I waste my time on all this runaround to wear them, put stickers back and then ship them? Seriously? They said there were trace amounts of hair on them. We have dogs so there may be some dog hair from laying them out to take pictures they requested and having them sit around waiting for resolution in the box they were delivered in. My husband is a twenty year firefighter and tries to support veteran owned businesses but we won’t purchase from this company again. It’s been awful.
