I WANTED TO PERSONALLY THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SUPPORT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT! EVERYTHING YOU DID TO HELP SUPPORT THE CAUSE WAS AWESOME AND THE SHIRTS ROCKED! I AM HONORED TO HAVE BEEN CHOSEN FOR THE CLASS AND IT'S GREAT TO SEE THOSE WHO SUPPORT US. IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN EVER DO FOR YOU IN THE MICHIGAN AREA, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. |
BRANDON ALLEMAND |
Good afternoon, I had the opportunity to attend the PBL training yesterday with Max Michel in Robert, LA. I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for this program. As a relatively new firearms instructor for LA Probation and Parole, this was some of the best hands on firearms training I’ve ever received. Michel was very personable and made things easy to understand and apply while always pushing us to our highest abilities. His passion for the sport as well as for teaching others was obvious making it an all-around enjoyable experience. I’m humbled to have had this opportunity and look forward to the future of the program. Thank you and God bless. |
ETHAN WEEKS |
I work for Louisiana Probation and Parole and I am a member of the Tactical Team. On 12/05/2023, I had the opportunity to complete a training with Wishes 4 Warriors. Max Michel was our instructor and we completed our training in Hammond. I want to thank you for your support of law enforcement and providing training to keep us safer. The training provided by Howitzer, Wishes 4 Warrior, and Max was excellent and I think I learned more that day than any range day I have participated in. |
MIKE KNOX |
I wanted to thank you for you sponsorship of Project Blue Lion. As I'm sure you are aware, cops (especially those in the South) don't make much money. Getting a free class is a godsend for most of us, and we really appreciate and value those who look out for us. Donovan is a hell of an instructor. His ability to relay the whole process, especially the why, in such an understandable format makes learning from him easy. I learned a lot in his class, and he made it very fun. His demeanor is perfect for us in law enforcement, as our sense of humor is a bit different. Please continue to support him as an instructor. I will be recommending him to all my friends who are looking for a quality pistol instructor. Thanks again from all of us in the Low country of South Carolina for your support of law enforcement. |
MIKE PHELPS |
I recently attended the above training with Max Michel. I would like to personally thank you for making this training possible. Training such as this is vital to the continued progress and growth of any law enforcement agency. Max and I have been in talks for some time about setting up this training. My goals for the training were to improve my shooting skills, improve my teaching abilities as an instructor, have world class training for the members of our Department’s Tactical unit, and to get the same training and experience for some of our academy instructors. I will absolutely say that Max met those goals. He challenged all of us, provided exceptional teaching, and was a wonderful instructor to be around. |
DAVID WHITE |
Good evening. I wanted to take a few moments and express my gratitude for the PBL class with Donovan. Let me begin by saying I appreciate your support of the law enforcement community and the need for better firearms training. Donovan is a true professional on all levels and obviously an amazing instructor. Not only did he explain everything with ease and detail but lead by example by demonstrating everything. He fosters a great training/learning environment that breeds competition and comradery. This is arguably one of the best classes I’ve been to in my career. In short ….y’all keep doing what you’re doing it’s a winning recipe! Thank you again and I hope to host you both again back here in South Carolina. |
SETH YOUNG |
I wanted to personally thank you for your sponsorship and involvement in the Point 1 Tactics 4th Annual LEO Appreciation course taught by Donovan. I was blown away by the course, not to mention the gear your company provided to us. I am humbled by your support and am very grateful for your willingness to take care of us while taking the course. Thank you isn’t enough, but I cannot express my appreciation in any other way. I will certainly be a customer of Howitzer Clothing going forward. |
MASON WORTHAM |
My name is Mason Wortham. I am a firearms instructor at a small Sheriff's Office in Weakley County, TN. I was able to attend Donovan's LEO class this weekend and wanted to thank you for your sponsorship of the event. Love the hat and shirt you provided for us. Thanks so much for supporting the event and supporting law enforcement in general. |
HENRY MEYER |
My name is Henry Meyer. I am a sworn LE Officer in the central area of WI. I recently attended Donovan Moore's LE appreciation class in McHenry IL this past weekend. I noticed that Howitzer Clothing provided some shirts and apparel for the class. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. Being in law enforcement is not always easy nor glamorous. I just want to extend my greatest thanks for what you did for everyone including me. I come from a very small agency and there is no way they have the budget to send me to these types of events. Thank you so much for your support. It means so much to me and the others I am sure. I will also continue to support your business as I enjoy supporting the companies that do the right thing. Thank you for your kindness and being a good person. |
TIM KINCER |
I wanted to express my gratitude for your support of law enforcement and the people they are sworn to protect. I took my first class with a professional trainer, outside of department provided training, thanks to Project Blue Lion. I chose to attend a two day vehicle tactics course from Achilles Heel Tactical, with buddies from my department. Rick and his team are phenomenal and have my utmost respect. Needless to say my eyes were opened to an entirely different level of training, and I know I only scratched the surface. I will be attending as many classes as I can from AHT and other reputable trainers. |
ALEX WHARRY |
My name is Alex AND I am currently a full time police officer in Ohio. I just had the honor of using the Project Blue Lion program for a 2 day vehicle tactics course hosted by Rick at Achilles heel tactical. I wanted to take the time to thank you, the training was phenomenal. Rick and his staff are amazing and I am grateful for the opportunity you have given me. Officers around the US you are providing this training for will definitely benefit. Thank you for your support especially this day in age. Thank you for your time. |
JAN WALKOSZ |
I wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation for what you do with Project Blue Lion. Project Blue Lion has a huge impact on changing training to having well-trained officers. Especially when the training is coming from instructors like Donovan Moore at P1T. Donovan is very knowledgably and provides extremely relevant information that are backed by data or proper explanation of why something is done. P.S. Shirts are bad ass! Keep the cool designs coming! |
MATT MYERS |
I just wanted to take a minute and tell you and the Howitzer team how much I appreciate the Project Blue Lion and giving me the opportunity to take part in some fantastic training from Achilles Heel tactical and Dan Brokos this past weekend in NC. I’ve been in law enforcement since 2011 and it’s some of the best training I’ve had. I greatly appreciated the opportunity of being selected and sponsored to allow me to take part in the training. It was top notch & I hope to be able to do more training with them. Thanks for looking out for LEO and all you do. |
RACHEL MORROW |
This past weekend I was fortunate to have the opportunity to participate in AHT's training as a member of the Project Blue Lion. I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity and for funding this project. I went to the police academy with Crawley and have been watching his company grow from the very beginning. I attended the pistol diagnostics training in Rittman and it was a great class. Crawley was very professional- I learned a lot, and I had a great time. Again, very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the project and looking forward to my next training with AHT. |
JOSEPH DUKE |
I’m officer Duke with the Gwinnett county police department. I want to personally thank you for the sponsorship that howitzer provided me. The value and information that Rick brings with his curriculum is by far the best training I’ve ever received with firearms. I believe all of law enforcement will benefit from this sponsorship as I know I have. Again, thank you for the sponsorship and I am forever grateful. |
JOSHUA LUNA |
On behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Southeast Division, I would like to thank you for your support and partnership with Project Blue Lion. I am one of the sponsored Police Officers who was able to take advantage of attending specialized training courses with Achilles Heel Tactical (AHT) hosted by Rick Crowley and as a result I learned a tremendous amount of valuable knowledge that I can now pass on to my fellow officers. |
EVAN SNEED |
I just recently attended the Point 1 Tactics training with Donovan in McHenry IL for the Project Blue Line. Wanted to reach out to say thanks from the training and that it was an awesome experience. Donovan was an awesome instructor and was extremely knowledgeable and personal with all students. This training completely changed out I shoot and my fundamentals to shooting. Donovan was a good teacher and was able to easily teach the lessons and provide demonstrations. All lessons were easy to understand which helped with the course and all of the knowledge that was being taught. I will attend another training by Donovan for more training and to see my progress in shooting. I highly recommended this training and Donovan to all my Co-Workers at the Waukesha Police Department. I also learned a ton from him and was able to easily understand what was being taught and bring it back to people at my department. |
LUKE MERCURI |
My name is Luke Mercuri and I am an active duty LEO with the Cumberland Metropolitan Police Department. I was just in attendance at the last Project Blue Lion class in Lebanon, taught by Donovan Moore with Point 1 Tactics. I am reaching out to express how grateful I am to you and your amazing company. It was the best pistol course I have ever experienced with one of the best instructors in the world. Without the Wishes For Warriors foundation I would have not otherwise had the opportunity to attend such a high level of training. The representative from Howitzer Clothing was super awesome and did an outstanding job of representing your company. Needless to say you have created a life time customer out of me and I have already been placing shirt orders! |
TADD STOUT |
The Louisiana State Probation and Parole Tactical Team attended firearms training on December 4th, 5th, and 6th with Max Michel through Project Blue Lion in Hammond, Louisiana. Thank you for providing this opportunity for our Team to attend this training. It was a great day of training with an exceptional instructor. A day on the range is always a good day but when you can pair that with fantastic training, that makes it even better. The skills developed and honed with this type of training could be the difference for a Team member making it home one day. Again thank you and your company for supporting law enforcement through this program. |
EMIGDIO GARCIA |
I want to reach out and say thank you for your sponsor of the point 1 tactics leo appreciation class. a short time has passed but i wanted to remind you that your contribution is largely appreciated. i am very early in my career in law enforcement so will be utilizing everyting i learned for a very long time. thank you again for making it possible. |
DAVID UDVARY |
I am writing to express my gratitude for your sponsorship of the project blue lion to the law enforcement community. Your partnership with wishes for warriors and all the instructors, especially Donovan, is great. Donovan's class provided me with an invaluable opportunity to improve my skills and knowledge in firearms training and teaching. I am particularly grateful for the financial commitment you have made in sponsoring this training course, because we don't have any kind of support for training outside the department in my police department. I am honored to have your support and I look forward to spreadING the word about the work of howitzer clothing and by proudly wearing howitzer clothing anytime I can. |
CHASE BIRDWELL |
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALLOWING ME TO TAKE PART IN SUCH A GREAT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY WITH DONOVAN! WE HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME AND I PERSONALLY LEARNED SO MUCH. ALL THIS IS BECAUASE OF YOU AND WHAT YOU DO. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AND THE AMAZING TRAINING. |
ERIK SCHALL |
Hey Eric, we met at Nats the other week when I was walking stages with Donovan. I just wanted to reach out and say thank you for supporting/funding Project Blue Lion. Donovan just finished a class here in Nashville at our PD range and it was so great getting to have him come in and preach the right stuff to folks who otherwise wouldn’t listen to me saying it haha. I know several SWAT guys perked up and will be better off from that class. I think it’s really stand up what you’re doing and hope many others benefit from it and are as grateful as we are here! Thanks again! |
DANNY KALLMAN |
Hey Eric I know you don’t know me but I just wanted to reach out and extend my appreciation and gratitude for the Point 1 Tactics class you funded here at Metro Nashville’s PD range. The class was awesome. Having the opportunity to learn from someone like Donavan for 3 days was incredible. In law enforcement we rarely get opportunities like this due to staffing, schedules, management, and finances. I am extremely grateful to have been allowed the opportunity your company provided. The information learned not only helped me, but everyone in the class. Additionally, this information will help out entire department as we learn ways to implement it internally. Thanks again and I hope this message reaches you. |
JUSTIN COYLE |
I wanted to share my gratitude toward your generous support by paying for the Point 1 Tactics- Donovan Moore class in Nashville last week. I’ve been a police officer for 15 years last month and Donovan is absolutely one of the highest caliber shooters I’ve had the pleasure of learning from. I should add that our own MNPD Officer Erik Schall is very similar to Donovan in forms of performance and delivery. I was unfamiliar with your company but plan to support businesses with strong values and will be ordering soon.
Ultimately, I am grateful that you and Project Blue Lion are out there providing ways of getting solid information into the LE community. |
JOHN STANFIELD |
I was able to attend a Project Blue Lion course last week in Nashville taught by the formidable Donovan Moore. I’ve been fortunate to attend training with many major trainers, and I believe Donovan’s class to be among the best if not THE best handgun training I’ve attended. This training was made possible by the largess of PBL, so I hope you’ll accept my sincere thanks for helping make this happen. Please keep it up - we need it. |
CHRIS BECKMAN |
First, thank you for sponsoring Project Blue Lion. This was hands down the best firearms training I've ever received and it wouldn't have been possible without you. I was pushed to my limits, shown what I need to work on, and how to fix it in very simple ways. Donovan is an absolutely amazing instructor. My goal for this year was to train harder but have only been able to attend local classes and had to pay for everything myself. Being able to train with nationally renowned instructor and just having to pay for ammo was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank you enough for sponsoring this program. |
BENJAMIN KUNZEL |
Just wanted to express my gratitude for being able to attend a pistol course through Project Blue Lion last week. I took the course with Donovan Moore with Point 1 tactical. It was without a doubt the best pistol course I have taken in my 15 years of Law Enforcement. I am now relaying the information he taught to the rest of my SWAT team and eventually to more offers, so my experience will have a lasting reach to the hundreds of officers in our agency. |
JERROD FRALEY |
I wanted to reach out and send a massive thank you for everything you’ve done, donated, and created to allow for a program such as Project Blue Lion. I recently had the opportunity to be selected to spend three days with Donovan Moore at a Project Blue Lion class in Montgomery County, OH. This was by far one of the absolute best classes I’ve taken. Donovan’s personality, instructing methods, and his abilities were a perfect blend to get every student in the class breaking plateaus and striving to make improvements. Thank you again for this opportunity and all that you do. |
Hey I just wanted to say I appreciate everything you've done for the LEOs across America. Too often are expectations higher than the city skyline for officers and their performance on the street and yet so few spend the time to perfect their knowledge, skills, and tactics. This is the second time I've been a recipient of the benefits of Project Blue Lion. First with AHT back in 2022 and now with Donovan Moore of Point 1 Tactics. The class was excellent and without people like you supporting Law Enforcement officers like myself where would be? So I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate what you're doing! |
